Reduce waste wort

I sometimes collect the trub that collects at the bottom of the mashtun and the trub that collects at the bottom of the boiler into a demijon and allow it to settle before drawing of the clear wort above and reboiling for a short time before adding to the wort in the fermenter. Reducing the need to add sugar to achieve final gravity. Not had any nasty tastes or spoilt brews.

I've also saved the wort at the bottom and used it for starter wort.
