Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | Tedious... read the booklet cover to cover twice before even starting. Put on my apron, got laughed at by my GF. then spent about 6 hours doing a 5 gallon extract batch. Way to critical, probably could have givin myself a heart attack. Beer turned out alright though! |
| Homebrewing Story... | |
| 3 favorite beers | Racer 5 IPA Mannys Pale Ale Longhammer? dunno #3 would be a toss up. |
| Why I homebrew... | Because I am addicted! |
| Brewing Accomplishments | Won 2nd place at a beer tasting... at my own house (should have won first, haha) Have made a couple pretty killer beers with different sorts of ingredients. And they were good by others standards, not just mine. Pineapple wheat, made with the Pineapple Weeds you find in baseball fields. Spuce Goose. Ale with spruce tips. |
