Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | I went strictly by the book with a kit, and the beer ended up being very bubbly and difficult to bottle, but it was drinkable enough to keep me interested. After a more successful second batch, I was hooked. And no more instructions! |
| Homebrewing Story... | I put embarrassing pictures of my friends and family on the labels of beers - except my wife. Hey, I'm smarter than I look. |
| 3 favorite beers | Singletrack Copper Ale Schell Firebrick Almost anything that came out of my fermenter |
| Why I homebrew... | The idea of self-sufficiency has always been a goal of mine, and the unlimited creative prospects are just irresistable. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | No one has barfed yet. That I know of, anyway. Also, the first brew I entered in a competition took a 'top four' ribbon. Maybe I should stop now to keep that batting average at .1000 - competitions, that is, not brewing. |
