Mini Interview |
|
| My first homebrew... | A honey brown ale kit. I had a lot of problems early on with accidentally aerating my beers, so this one turned out really nasty. I fed the whole batch to my hogs. |
| Homebrewing Story... | |
| 3 favorite beers | Abbot Ale Fuller's London Porter Guinness Extra Stout |
| Why I homebrew... | To me it is an almost perfect union of agriculture, chemistry, mechanics, biology, culinary arts, and Divine Providence. |
| Brewing Accomplishments | I have finally gotten to the ranks of the all-grainers and now do 10 gallon batches. With a wife, four kids, a job, church responsibilities, and a farm and farmhouse to renovate, it is an accomplishment for me just to have carved out that much time in one block (but making 10 gallons at a time sure helps!) |
