| Homebrewing Story... | I won a local brew shop competition for $10 beer contest 9 years ago. $10 for everything malt hops yeast for a 5 gallon batch. I used 2 pounds cane sugar carmalized 3 pounds dark malt extract 2 oz cascade hops high alpha acid and windsor ale yeast came out to 5.1% and brown. |
