| My first homebrew... | Not that great. I used too much bleach to sanitize and didn't rinse well enough, resulting in chlorophenolic off flavors. I was pretty happy to have brewed my own beer though. I drank all of it and it seemed to improve over time. I kept a few bottles for a very long time and actually drank the last one earlier this year - 8 year old homebrew! Still drinkable, but still not that great. |
