| My first homebrew... | One of those coopers draught hopped extract cans . it was like an amber ale, and it tasted spicy and hoppy. |
| Homebrewing Story... | I was brewing a wheat beer and had stuck runnoff, and the wheat malt had accumulated in my sink without my notice. we were having guests over and i had spilled the rest of the malt that had been drained all over the floor. in the meantime, the wheat clogged my kitchen sink and flooded the basement sinks in the laundry room. using an auto-siphon, i drained it them into the floor all night, and we had a frustrating time cleaning up with lots of swearing and yelling and flying furniture. luckly, we cleaned up before the party, i boiled the hops in while the guests were downstairs, and it was my best ever batch of beer. |
