Mini Interview
My first homebrew... Mr. Beer Octoberfest, kicked up with a bunch of DME
Homebrewing Story... You've heard it before go to a resturant and ask what kind of beer they have and the response was "ALL of them". So I asked for a Rodenbach Grand Cru, then a Berliner Weisse, Lambic, She had to go check on each one. I asked for a heffe-wiezen, don't have that brand. So I asked for a micro-brew, they didn't carry that brand either. I ended up with a dry stout, you know the one.
3 favorite beers My Kiltlifter, a 15.5% wee heavy
Malted Bliss, and English BW (17.4%)
A Bourbon Barrel RIS, 12%
Foreign-Extra Coffee stouts
Why I homebrew... I like the flavor and the challange of a good homebrew, and enjoy all-grain brewing.
