| My first homebrew... | A friend from work and I had each made wine a few times, but both favor beer. So we made a British Pale Ale. It would have been a delicious beer, except when boiling I let things get away from me and learned what a boil over is like. I lost alot of hops (great aroma but no flavor) and God knows what else. But I didn't give up I salvaged what was still in the brew pot and finished up. After three weeks in the primary I bottled it and waited. It tasted like someone took a really good beer and put ice cubes in it, good beer, just watered down. |
