| My first homebrew... | Disgusting! My dad got me a book on homebrewing at a bookstore(!) that came boxed with a small can of hopped malt extract. I followed the instructions given on how to make a gallon batch using the can of extract provided and things went okay through brewing, fermentation and bottling. However, when it came time to sample the brew, it smelled just awful! Didn't taste it, didn't want to! |
