Tasting Notes This beer has is light with strong bread like charactors from the biscuit grain and the yeast provides banana like tones.
Awards Friends award it the nastyest sounding beer award. It tastes good though.

Primary Fermentation Plastic, 7 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 7 days

Procedure Two stage mash, 120F for 30 min; 150F for 60 min, Sparge @ 170F. Boil for 60 min.
