Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Not very much honey actually came through but this was a fantastic beer, just a little bit sweeter than most pale ales. Absolutely fantastic finish.

Procedure Mashed with 3.5 gallons of water struck at 168 degrees. Sparged with 5 gallons of water at 168 degrees. Three days into primary fermentation, added 2 pounds of honey mixed with 2 quarts of boiling water then cooled to temp.
