Description
I had quite a few different hops left over from previous batches, and decided to use them all for bittering hops, as I assume that only the alpha acid will be extracted and no flavor. Then, I added saaz hops as my flavor hops. This was a 10 gallon batch that I split into two 5 gallon batches, and used 2 different ale yeasts.
