Description
I found this as a Pilsner , but I brew ales.. Proof you cant brew bad beer unless you really really try. Nice light, cream dense head.

Secondary Fermentation 7 days carboy

Procedure Steep grains at 155 deg f for 30 minutes. Add 2 oz of Saaz to pot for 60 mins.. add the Irish moss and 1 oz of Saaz during the last 10 minutes of the boil. Cool, pitch yeast and ferment. Prime with 3/4 c of corn sugar and bottle. Let age for 7 to 10 days.
