Procedure Steep crystal and roasted barley for 30 minutes at 155 degrees f . add Kent Goldings hops. Add the Willamette at the last 30 minutes. Add Irish Moss at last 10 minutes. Cool Wort, pitch Yeast. Ferment and age in bottle for 10 days
