Procedure Bach Sparge Mash in @ 168 with 4 gal for 60 mins. Sparge @ 180 with 3.25 gal for 15 mins. Boil for 60 mins. Add corn sugar at the end of boil, cool to temp,Pitch Yeast. Dry hop in secondary for last 10 days
