Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Colour is a light-medium copper. Carb is right on style (I went to the lower end to simulate cask conditioned ale) There is a bit of a peppery flavour, I think that had to do with the fermentation that was shooting up when I was not around to bring it down. Tried to keep it closer to 20 celcius but it went as high as 24. Head is nice but goes away in seconds. I can drink this beer at room temperature no problem, very tasty.
