Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Great reddish color and the honey malt added a touch of charactor. The hop schedule gives you just enough to have a nice crisp taste, enjoyable by non-hopsters.

Yeast London ESB Ale WYEAST (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 7 days plastic
Secondary Fermentation 7 days plastic
Other Fermentation Conditioned for 2 weeks in bottles.
Procedure Steeped grains for 45 min. I was able to ferment at 65 degrees F due to a nice cool lower level. Change the 1st hop addition to 30 min for an even milder version
