Description
I loved this style in England so I thought I'd try one. A touch of cinnamon rounded out the flavours.

Tasting Notes It took a few months to really develop but the lovely roast flavours came through.

Procedure brought water to boil with roast malt in stocking bag, removed bag. Boiled half malts and 30gs hops for 1 hour, added rest of malt and boiled for 5 minutes, added hops and cinnamon for a few minutes at the end
