Tasting Notes The subtle taste of smoked Malt jumps out first with a well balanced finish of sweetness from Carmel Wheat and Golden Naked Oats.

Procedure Mashed for 1 hour at 154 F, 2nd runnings at 165 F. Collected 7 gallons of Wort.
