Yeast coopers dry ale yeast 7 ozs. pack (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation plastic 7 days
Secondary Fermentation glass 10 days

Procedure boil 1.5 gallon water removed from heat and added wheat extract and 90 zs. of 100 % apple juice. brought back to a boil and added hopps and kept at slow rolling boil for 30 minutes. cooled down to75 degrees and added 1.5 gallons of water. Got down to 70 degrees and aerated and added dry yeast. plastic ferment for 7 days then transfered to glass secondary for 10 days. Transfered to bottling bucket added 4 ozs. of priming sugar to bottling bucket, bottled it up and 10 days later tried it. not to bad, taste light an crisp without being to over powering on the apple. OG was1.050 and fg was 1.016. ABV is approx. 4.5%. i added the corn sugar in the recipe calc so the figures would be right but i didnt use any. the apple juice has enough sugars in it to get you to 4.5%.
