Yeast Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic 3 -5 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass 5-10 days

Procedure Bring 3 Gal of water to 165F, turn off heat and steep grains for 30 min (add heat if it goes below 150F). Remove and strain w/1/2 Gal water Bring to Boil and add DME Return to Boil, add bittering hops at 45 min, add flavoring hops, honey, and Irish Moss at 58 min add finishing hops at 60 min turn off heat, add 1 gallon of water and cool with wort chiller ASAP Strain into primary fermenter and rinse trub with 1/2 gallon
