Procedure Total water = 15.5 gals. 80% water to grain bill mash, single step 90 min at 152F. 3 gal sparge at 185F, Pump over until clear and then pumped into copper brew kettle. Lake Elmo, MN well water, 100% boiled + 1 camden tab, 4ml lactic acid. Ph 6.9, 2 tbsp 5.2 ph stabilizer added to mash water.
