Procedure Mash grains in ~ 1.5 gallons water for 45 min at 151 to 157 F. Sparge with 1 gallon into boiling kettle with 170 F water. Add DME and bring to volume of ~ 6.5 gallons. Commence boil, adding hops as noted. Add Wildflower honey at ~3 min. to end to avoid loosing too much aromatics from honey.
