Description
A good drinking IPA. Inspired by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Uses WLP 007 for better floc. I brewed it with Cal Ale yeast (WLP001) and it turned out great. Got the dark syrup and the sugar from Whole Foods just before brewing to tweak up the gravity. The syrup really tasted great, Eden Organic Barley Malt-it's not cheap but just a little offsets the cane sugar and it's very dark.
