Procedure Steep 1lb of crystal 20L at 155 degrees for 25 minutes. Bring to boil then add 2 lbs of malt @ 60 minutes, hop schedule below! 2lbs of malt @ 30 minutes, 4lbs of malt at 15 minutes. 1lb of clover honey at flameout. Primary for 14 days, dry hop in primary for 7 to 10 days. Bottle condition for 3 weeks.
