Procedure 2 lbs of malt @ 60 minutes, 2lbs of malt @ 30 minutes, 4lbs of malt at 15 minutes. 1lb of clover honey at flameout. Primary for 14 days, dry hop in primary for 10. Bottle for 3 weeks.
