Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Nice rye notes with a citrus, grapefruit, and pine hop aftertastes that lingers. Nice balance between the two.

Other Fermentation Bottle conditioning, 4.3oz cane sugar
Procedure My first try at a recipe of my own design. Grains in 2 hop bags in 3.5 gal at 175 deg in the oven for about an hour. Plus up to about 7 gallons and bring to a boil in the turkey fryer. Add DME and Warrior hops. Boil. Cool. Yeast pitched immediately after. 2-day starter of recycled US05...1 day would've been better.
