Procedure 10.5 lbs of grains in big painter strainer nylon mesh. semi brew in a bag custom technique. 3.75 gallons mash Strike temp 156 F. Mash at 152 F-154 F for 60 minutes. Sparge with 1.5 gallon 168 F over big grain nylon mesh bag. 4.5 gallons Boil size for 5 gallon pot or just under 5. if you have a 7 gallons pot sparge with 2 gallons at 168 F. top to 5 gallons in fermenter after cooling of the wort if brewing with 5 gallons pot.
