Procedure 2 Regular size Pumkins - wash and cut into 2 in cubes. Bake for 1 hour @ 300 deg's. Cool, Steep pumpkin for 1 hour @ 152 F. Steep at @ 165 F until end of boil (30 more minutes). Sparge with enough 170 F water to gather 2.5 gls of wort. Boil 90 min's - Hops 60. Block Tab and Yeast energizer 15. Spices 5.
