Procedure Steeped the carapils for 20 minutes and added to the 3 gallon boil with the extracts. Added 1 oz. Cascade hops at 15 minutes. Dry hopped 1 oz. Pitched yeast at 75 degrees and fermented at 68 degrees for 13 days. fresh cut strawberries were frozen then thawed and added to the secondary.
