Procedure Steeping non-extract grains at 155 for 40 min. 60 min boil. Put spices (excl. Basil) in Vodka (ideally for 5+ days, just had a few hours myself). Put in cheesecloth and put into boil @15min. rehydrate 1tsp Irish moss and pitch @ 10-15 min Basil in, as is, no chopping or anything with 5-10min left in boil. Toss in vodka/spice "juice" after filling 5G bucket with remaining water needed. (so that water temp < 170)
