Tasting Notes Very complex hop flavor. Not overly bitter or malty, and very well balanced.

Other Fermentation kegged and carbonated at 10 psi at about 43 degrees. I let this beer age for about a month though prior to enjoying it.
Procedure Mash at 154 for 60 minutes, mash out 168 for 15 minutes and sparge with 170 degree water. I batch sparge and get about 65% efficency. Collect enough wort for a pre boil volume of 7 gallons.
