Lapsed home brewer, that's me. For my 1st batch in 15 years, I figured I would make something simple.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes About what you'd expect. A refreshing brew with low after taste-- made for my wife, really. I'll try to replicate it with an all grain recipe in while.

Procedure Steeped the Biscuit & Honey Malts for 20mins in grain sack. Boiled the Honey & Extract Syrup for 60 mins. Hopped for last 40 mins. Boiled black berries for last 10 mins.
