Procedure Start with 2 gallons in boil pot steep grains to boil and remove. Add extract and bring back to boil adding Magnum hops for 60 minutes, at 30 minutes add Cascade hops for flavor and at 58 minutes add Centennial hops for aroma and finish boil at 60 minutes. Cool and pitch yeast at 70-75 degrees, ferment 7-10 days to reach FG of 1.024 appx
