Tasting Notes Ginger covers other flavors in young beer. After bottle conditioning for 1 month, allspice and pine tree flavors present.

Other Fermentation
Procedure Steep Crystal and Chocolate. Boil LME and honey 60 min. Add 1.5 oz ginger root, allspice, cinnamon, orange peel, and cardamom in last 15 min. Add remaining ginger root in last 5 min. Use 3/4 cup corn sugar for bottling. Bottle condition for at least 1 month for best taste.
