Procedure Strike Target 152F 4.4 gallons 164F 60 minutes (+0) Sparge Target 170F 4.0 gallons 178F Note: (This is my technique) After 5 days of Primary toss DH's in for the remaining days. This should sit on yeast cake for at least 21 days. Secondary is not needed.
