Tasting Notes Smooth and malty. Note: I used Simpsons Golden Promise instead of Victory malt.

Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast Wyeast London ESB (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation conical, 7 days
Secondary Fermentation glass, 14 days

Procedure Mash in at 135 F for 30 minutes. Raise temp to 156 F and hold for 90 minutes.Sparge 170 F for 60 minutes. Actual #s for original was 68.9% eff and pre-boil grav 1.026. Note that this was chilled to 50 F for the last 7 days in secondary.
