Description
This is beer that my wife named after I put it on tap. She is not a hophead in the bittering sense but, she still loves what hops are all about. So I went about making an ale that she would love. It's all about hop flavor and aroma without the bitterness.

Tasting Notes Full malt flavor with a wonderful bouquet and flavor of hops without the bitterness. It's all about the flavor and aroma of hops.
Awards I have never entered any of my beers in competion being that I have BJCP judges as friends.
Boil Volume 8.00 gallons
Boil Time 90 minutes
Batch Size 5.50 gallons
Yeast Chico Ale/1056/Nottinham/Ballantine (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 10 days
Secondary Fermentation whatever you prefer

Procedure Mash @ 152F Mashout @ 172F Sparge temp for a fly ~ 180F Fly sparge/lauter for at least 40 minutes
