Description
Pretty standard Wee Heavy, more of a session beer than most. Good depth of malt character with a mellow hop presence.

Tasting Notes Pretty tasty, considering the horrible attenuation. I need to make sure to aerate the wort better in the future. It probably would have benefited from a yeast starter as well. The alcohol is right at 5.75 abv (beersmith), which surprisingly, provides a good alcoholic warmth. The flavor is right on, with the roasted barley bringing some depth and the crystal 10L providing the sweetness. Also, beersmith has the IBU at 31.2, which is definitely more appropriate than what shows up below.
