Recipe Details
Tasting Notes A bit sweet up front, full, the roastiness quickly asserts itself to a long, smooth but lingering finish, fading into a faint dryness. 1st sip: This stuff is like Kool-Aid 2nd sip: This is just TOO balanced. Would be nice if the hops stood out a bit more. 3rd sip: Detect a faint graininess in the finish. Wondering if this is the chocolate malt or a process issue. More hops would help. Surprisingly light for being so full and roasty. Pleasant.
