Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Awesome hop aroma and flavor. Nice malty sweet backbone without being overly bitter. Shows off the fresh hops so expect a little bit of green plant.

Procedure Infusion mash 155 deg F for one hour. Batch sparge to 4 gallons. I would play around with some light-colored DME to increase batch size to 5 gallons while maintaining gravity.
