Recipe Details
Tasting Notes I always get impatient (read: never have any home brew when I am brewing a new batch) so I just tried one after 5 days in the bottle and it was pretty nice. Still way to young but I think in a week or two it will be lovely

Procedure Mashed grain at 150 for 120 minutes. When I sparged the temp had fallen to 146 or so. Batch sparged to get 5.5 gallons. First I ran the mash out then added more water to make up the 5.5 gallons
