Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Just so tasty and easy to drink. Everyone who tasted it liked it, even friends who REALLY don't like beer. There is a light maltiness with a slight edge of almost black tea like tannins

Procedure steeped grain in water until it reached 170 F removed grain bag. rinsed with .5 gallon hot watter. bring to boil. add DME and 2 oz heather tips. after45 minutes add 1 oz heather tips. after 15 minutes more strain into carboy with 2.5 gallon cold water through 2 oz heather tips. Pitch at 65-70 F
