Tasting Notes A little too much attenuation for my taste. Needed more time to mellow, but still enjoyable to the last drop.

Yeast WLP001 (77% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Better Bottle, 5 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 14 days
Other Fermentation Bottle condition for 2 weeks
Procedure Steep the grains for 30 min at 157. Bring to boil. Remove grains when boil begins. add 3 lb of DME. follow hop schedule. At the 15 min mark add the last bit of DME with tabs of beano. (boil Beano for 5 min before adding)
