Tasting Notes Very nice pumpkin flavor with the pumpkin pie spices coming out more and more the longer it aged.

Secondary Fermentation Plastic carboy, 9 days

Procedure Mashed grains at 150 F for 30 mins then sparge with 1 gallon 170 F water. Bring to boil, add 1 oz Summit hops, add oz Cascade with 20 mins left in boil, add liquid Pale Malt Extract at 15 mins left in boil, then add oz Cascade at 10 mins left. Mix pumpkin with cinnamon and pumpkin spice, put pumpkin mix into grain bag, and add to wort with 15 mins left in boil (Left bag of pumpkin mix to primary).
