Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast white labs Irish Ale (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation glass 8-14 days
Secondary Fermentation none needed, or, glass 2 weeks

Procedure crack grains, add to water, heat to 150-160 and hold there for app. 30 minutes. strain grains sparge, add sweet wort to brewpot, add malt extracts, go for boil add hops at boil, run for 60 minutes, add to cold water in fermenter, top off for 5 gallons, cool in a cooling bath, add yeast when 74-78 degrees. put away to fix; this beer ages quickly most usually, meaning it is typically ready to bottle within 10-14 days, sometimes sooner.
