Procedure this beer was made with the Australian brew in a bag method with a step infusion mash. in the brew kettle heat 8 gallons of water to 111-115F, mash in grains slowly in large mesh bag submerged in brew pot for 20min. second rest 120-124F at 20min. 152-155F at 20min. mash out at 160F (to mash out lift grain bag and let drain until 5 gallons is collected) bring to boil. see easy.
