Procedure Mashed grains at 1.33 Qts per lb of grain @ 150F in a single infusion mash for 90 minutes. Did a mashout at 172F for 10 minutes to halt enzyme activity Sparged with 180 hot liquor and lautered for 45 minutes obtaining 8.3 gallons of sweet liquor.
