Tasting Notes 5 days after bottling - Malty smell, sweet taste, low carbonation. Hopefully after another week the bottles will be fully carbonated

Procedure Add brew salts and bring water to 160 F. Steep Grains for 25 minutes at 155 degrees F. Add in Light DME, bring to boil, add .5 oz of warrior hops boil for 50 minutes, add .5 oz of warrior hops and irish moss for last 10 minutes of boil.
